Purpose: This form enables individuals whether internal or external to Lordos United Public Ltd. to confidentially report suspected violations or misconduct related to Lordos and its affiliated companies, including subsidiaries. It is intended to support a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability across the Lordos United Group Group. This whistleblowing reporting mechanism complies with with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (Whistleblower Protection Directive) and allows for secure, lawful reporting of concerns about potential breaches of law, ethical standards, or internal policies. It applies to Lordos United Public Ltd. and extends to its affiliated legal entities and representative offices, including:

Who Can Use This Form?
Under Article 4 and Recital 9 of the Directive, the following can submit reports:

Territorial Scope: The EU Whistleblowing Directive (2019/1937) applies to Lordos entities and branches in the EU. Non-EU branches are only covered if they engage with EU citizens or for matters related to EU law. Reports from outside the EU may fall under the Directive if they involve EU law, impact EU operations, or concern EU data/data subjects. Otherwise, non-EU matters are generally out of scope.
When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
What Can You Report?
This form allows you to report suspected violations or misconduct affecting Lordos United Public Ltd. and any of its affiliated entities.
